The AI strategy deck never has a slide called “human impact.” It has “efficiency gains” and “automation opportunities” and “workforce optimization.” These are all the same slide. They all mean the same thing. Someone in this room is looking at a plan for their own elimination and they’re nodding along because the font is clean and the projections go up.
