Anonymous. Or anonymous enough. The review lives on the internet now, averaged into a rating that means nothing and everything.
Someone in HR will flag it. They always do. They’ll know roughly who wrote it — the timing, the details, the phrasing. They won’t do anything about it because what are they going to do? Confirm it by responding?
The Glassdoor review is the exit interview that actually gets read. Not by the people who need to read it. But by the people deciding whether to walk in the same door you just walked out of.
